A última descoberta que fiz aqui em NY é uma que vale muito a pena dividir com vocês. Localizado nos bairros West Village e East Village, encontra-se uma sorveteria muito divertida com o nome Big Gay Ice Cream Shop.
Os donos Douglas Quint e Bryan Petroff tiveram a idéia de servir sorvete de casquinha com as coberturas mais diferenciadas. Entre as opções estão azeite de oliva e sal do mar, cayenne, pó de wasabi, doce de leite, rosquinhas, coco queimado, nutella e outras delicias típicas americanas, como key lime curd, graham crackers, Nilla wafers, pumpkin butter, peanut butter e maple syrup. As combinações são únicas e eles sabem bem qual é a melhor mistura para agradar toda a clientela.
Algumas sugestões são o Salty Pimp (sorvete de baunilha, doce de leite, sal do mar e uma cobertura dura de chocolate) e Bea Arthur (sorvete de baunilha, doce de leite e pedaços de Nilla wafers). Além das combinações de sorvete de casquinha tem uma grande variedade de sabores de milk shakes e sundaes.

The most recent discovery I made in NY is one really worth sharing here with you. Located at both East and West Villages, a fun and humorous ice cream shop can be found with the name of Big Gay Ice Cream Shop.
The owners, Douglas Quint and Bryan Petroff, had the idea of serving soft-serve ice cream with a variety of different toppings such as olive oil and sea salt, cayenne, wasabi powder, dulce de leche, pretzels, toasted coconut, nutella, key lime curd, graham crackers, peanut butter, pumpkin butter, Nilla wafers, maple syrup, and much more. The combinations are unique and they know well which are the best options for their clientele.
A few suggestions are the Salty Pimp (vanilla ice cream, dulce de leche, sea salt, and a hard chocolate covering) and Bea Arthur (vanilla ice cream, dulce de leche, and crushed Nilla wafers). Other than these amazing combinations there are variety of milk shakes and sundaes flavors.
