O tema da coleção foi “O estilo surfista vai para o sul da Rua 14” ou seja, a mulher que usa Peter Som agora está mais cool, relaxada e tem aquela vibe que só downtown Manhattan oferece. Diferentemente de outras coleções, o estilo e estrutura das roupas ficaram mais leves e a mulher está um pouco mais atrevida, se divertindo mais com as roupas e menos preocupada em estar “toda perfeitinha”. O fato de já virem com uma pegada mais comercial, com cores não muito ousadas e estampas mais seguras também ajuda a marca.

The theme was “Surf style goes below 14th Street”  which means the woman who wears Peter Som is now cooler, relaxed, and exhaling that great vibe only Downtown Manhattan can offer. Unlike previous seasons, the clothes’ style and structure got lighter, and women are edgier, having more fun with their clothes and less worried about looking absolutely flawless all the time. The fact that the clothes have a strong commercial appeal, with safe prints and colors also helps Peter Som.
