The Art of the Brick é mais uma exposição que vale a pena conferir aqui em Nova York. E dessa vez as crianças vão apreciar também. O artista Nathan Sawaya viaja pela mundo expondo suas criações com o uso dos tijolinhos de plástico que todos nós conhecemos; o brinquedo LEGO. Sawaya usa o LEGO para interpretar obras de arte, esculturas e até artigos da nossa história. A exposição vai até dia 5 de janeiro de 2014 e fica no Museu Discovery Times Square.

O trabalho de Sawaya já conquistou pessoas do mundo todo e além de ter seus trabalhos expostos em galerias de Miami, Nova York e Maui, ele também está disponível para criar e desenvolver peças exclusivas para colecionadores, eventos, convenções e todos que estiverem interessados em seu trabalho.

Sawaya também criou peças exclusivamente para essa exposição de Nova York, incluindo sua maior obra, um dinossauro feito de mais de 80 mil tijolos de LEGO.

The Art of the Brick is another exhibition worth checking out here in New York City. And this time, the children will appreciate it as well. The artist Nathan Sawaya has traveled around the world show casting his creations with the use of the little plastic bricks that we are all familiar with, the LEGO toy. Sawaya uses LEGO to interpret artworks, sculptures, and articles that reference our history. The exhibition goes until January 5^th 2014 at the Discovery Times Square Museum.

Sawaya’s work has conquered thousands of fans around the world while having his work being exhibited at galleries in Miami, New York, and Maui, he is also available to create exclusive pieces for collectors, events, conventions, or anyone else interested in his work.
